Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more! The Cabana Attendant is responsible for serving patrons of the resort or swimming pool that have individual cabanas. This is a part- or full-time positions with morning, night and weekend availability. Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays Required• Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure at all times you are implementing "Service with a Smile". Wear proper uniform/nametag/shoes at all times. Check in guests via Fareharbor and take cabana payment if necessary. Assist guests in making reservations for cabanas, this could be in person or over the phone. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Ensures guest requests are handled in a professional and timely manner. Cabanas items should be fully stocked. Obtains and serves refreshments and food to guests as requested. Collects soiled towels for laundering and takes to laundry. Folds and stores chairs, blankets, and umbrellas when appropriate. Picks up rubbish along pool decks. Maintain a clean, well-stocked and presentable work environment. Wilderness Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer•
