The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring a part-time Floor Attendant at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Floor Attendant, you will monitor the gaming floor and assist guests with any enquiries. What will you do? Monitor assigned floor areas to ensure gaming machines are functioning and players are following rules Process jackpot payouts in accordance with Delaware North and state gaming procedures Assist guests by answering their questions about games or general enquiries Perform minor repairs, makes adjustments to slot machines, and resolve problems such as voucher jams or machine tilts Partner with your supervisor or technician if malfunctions require major repairs More about you Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to obtain and maintain a West Virginia gaming license Excellent guest service and communication skills Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately handle large sums of money Basic gaming machine knowledge preferred Physical requirements Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs Shift details Days Evenings On call Split shift Overnight Holidays Evenings as needed Weekends 8hr shift 10hr shift Weekdays as needed
