Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Host/Busser, where your energy and enthusiasm will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience! In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. As a Busser, you'll support our servers by maintaining a clean and inviting environment, assisting with table setups, and ensuring guests' needs are met promptly. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hospitality skills while contributing to a lively, guest-focused atmosphere. All roles are paid positions dedicated to delivering outstanding guest services from the moment they walk through the door. Duties Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression Manage reservation lists and coordinate seating to optimize flow and guest satisfaction Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and delivering food and beverages when needed Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors, ensuring an inviting environment Support guest relations by addressing inquiries politely and providing information about menu items or restaurant policies Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing assistance Uphold restaurant standards by adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring excellent customer service at all times Experience Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or Busser in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred but not required Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order handling Experience in customer service roles that involve guest relations and phone etiquette is valuable Hospitality background, including hotel or restaurant experience, helps in understanding guest expectations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
