• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations as needed
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Utilize POS systems to process orders and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold our standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service

• Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with guests
• Proficiency in phone etiquette, as well as knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent guest relations
