Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their experience Operate POS system for order processing and payments Handle take-out orders with professionalism, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to-go orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, cashier station, and dining area Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating, orders, and guest needs Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when taking orders or answering inquiries Build to go orders correctly and keep an organized work area to ensure correct delivery of those orders Qualifications Prior experience in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members Experience operating POS systems is a plus Knowledge of restaurant operations, including guest services and hospitality standards Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued Join the Fuji team to deliver memorable experiences through lively hospitality!
