We are known for creating memorable experiences, from intimate date nights to once-in-a-lifetime moments, and our maître d sets the tone for each one of them. After all, first impressions are everything! We're looking for someone with strong phone skills, a warm and professional presence, and comfort navigating tablet-style electronics. This role includes answering phones. calling guests to gather information, greeting guests, opening doors, managing reservations, answering questions about menu pricing, and ensuring each arrival and departure feels meaningful. You may also help prepare celebration touches, such as setting champagne toasts and crafting personalized cards for guests, and assist servers in preparing the dining room for guests with tasks like cleaning menus and setting tables.
