Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Medical Sales Consultant to develop and manage the Birmingham, AL territory. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on partnering with physicians and rehabilitation professionals to improve patient outcomes through proprietary dynamic splinting systems. This position is ideal for sales professionals and/or clinicians who thrive in a performance-based environment, value clinical education, and want ownership of their territory. What You'll Do As a Medical Sales Consultant, you will operate as the clinical and business expert within your assigned territory: Develop and grow referral relationships with MDs, DPMs, PTs, OTs, and other healthcare providers Educate clinicians on how Dynasplint Systems integrate into post-operative and rehabilitative treatment plans Generate and manage patient orders within your territory Fit patients with prescribed Dynasplint Systems and provide hands-on instruction for proper use Conduct follow-up visits to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of accounts, patient interactions, and sales activity Build long-term partnerships while consistently prospecting and developing new accounts Who We're Looking For We are seeking driven, accountable professionals with a proven ability to build and grow business relationships.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or medical/healthcare sales Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close business Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize effectively Must reside in the Montgomery, AL territory Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
