Key Responsibilities:

Guest Greeting & Seating :

Greet guests warmly, use guest names when possible, and guide them to their tables, ensuring a positive start to their dining experience.

Menu Knowledge :

Attend daily menu classes to stay informed of current offerings and buffet options, confidently assisting guests with recommendations.

Reservation & Wait Management :

Manage reservations accurately, provide timely information on wait times, and accommodate seating preferences.

Dining Area Preparation :

Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables to ensure efficient table turnover.

Customer Service & Etiquette :

Assist with special requests, promptly address complaints, and follow proper etiquette to elevate each guest's dining experience.
