Job Description Teller

• Process teller transactions by taking deposits, making withdrawals, and cashing checks after verification of signatures and balances.
• Opening accounts
• Answer questions and customer concerns regarding checking and savings accounts.
• Process and post various loan payments, record information in the database and issue a proper receipts for each transaction.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the issue, determining the problem, and explaining the best resolution.
• Promotes the bank's products and services; consistently cross-sells bank products at every opportunity.
• Greets and welcomes customers in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Counts, checks and packages coin and currency. Balances cash drawer at the end of the day and reports any discrepancies.
• May be involved in ordering, receiving, verifying, and distributing cash.
• May be responsible for bank opening/closing.
• Assist customers with safe deposit box entry and exit.
• Scan/Image daily Work and related documents.
• Process and assist with opening and closing night depository.
• Complete Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs).
• Protect customer and bank nonpublic information from unauthorized access by understanding the Bank's Information Security Policies and being aware of current Cybersecurity issues.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to remain calm, friendly and professional through any and all situations
• Creative problem solver

Full-time Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
