Restaurant Staff Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the menu, specials, and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guest
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
