Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude, making them feel immediately welcomed and comfortable Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth flow of guests and timely seating Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to uphold high standards of hospitality Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, demonstrating excellent communication skills and guest relations Support overall guest services by providing information about menu items or restaurant policies as needed Requirements Prior experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant setting is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of restaurant operations, serving, and hospitality best practices Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel or guest services experience is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences! $15.15 - $16.00 per hour
