What You'll Do Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. Manage reservations and walk-ins to optimize seating flow and minimize wait times. Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep service seamless. Handle special requests, and last-minute changes with grace and efficiency. Keep the host stand organized, stocked, and ready for action. What You'll Bring Previous experience in a host or other front-of-house role in a busy restaurant (preferred). A calm, confident presence under pressure—you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask without losing focus. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality. A team-first attitude and a genuine love for hospitality.
