Turo Host We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Turo Host to manage vehicle rentals and deliver an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and able to coordinate vehicle availability while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. Responsibilities Manage vehicle listings and rental schedules on the Turo platform. Coordinate timely vehicle pickups and drop-offs with guests. Communicate promptly and professionally with customers before, during, and after rentals. Inspect, clean, and prepare vehicles between bookings. Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance needs. Resolve customer questions and issues efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards. Ensure compliance with Turo policies and local regulations. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple reservations. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in hospitality, customer service, or fleet management is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience using the Turo platform. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed.
