Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism upon arrival, establishing a positive first impression Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate seating arrangements Coordinate guest seating plans to optimize table turnover while maintaining a welcoming environment Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing information about wait times or reservation details Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and accommodate seating preferences to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a tidy and inviting space Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow and guest experience Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant setting is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a lively environment Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservation management and guest relations techniques Excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills to handle guest inquiries professionally Background in food service or hotel industry is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with guest services and hospitality standards Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor Join us in creating memorable moments for our guests!
