We're looking for friendly, experienced hosts and hostesses who want to be an integral part of providing the Arcadia Farms experience by: Greeting guests at the door and making everyone feel welcome Identifying our regulars and VIPs, knowing their preferences and accommodating their needs Taking and managing reservations and walk-in guests on OpenTable (if you have experience with this software, that's a plus!) Seating guests with their preferences and the flow of the restaurant in mind Helping manage the dining room by updating where guests are in their dining experience Thanking guests when they leave and inviting them back. The guest experience at Arcadia Farms Café begins with you. If you're a highly motivated, organized people person who excels in a fast-paced, high energy environment, and have at least two years experience as a host or hostess, we would love to meet you!
