Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly, energetic attitude to establish a positive first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests, ensuring transparency and patience Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests to enhance their dining experience Answer incoming phone calls professionally, providing information about the restaurant and reservations Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction Uphold cleanliness and organization at the host stand, including managing guest flow during busy hours Requirements Previous host/hostess or food service experience preferred, with strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in hospitality or hotel guest services is advantageous Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and manage guest relations gracefully Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts efficiently Positive attitude, energetic demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels appreciated!
