Job Description

We are looking for a part-time host to join us at our buffet. As a host you will be the first face our guests see and lead to them having a positive experience with us. We are looking for someone with the ability to work long shifts.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests and seating them as they enter Handling takeout orders Assisting customers with transactions Answering phone/taking phone orders Preforming opening/closing duties Assisting with other tasks as necessary Essential skills: Communication skills Multitasking Organization Patience and teamwork skills

Requirements:

Ability to provide good customer service in a fast paced environment Able to work in a standing position for long periods Ability to properly handle money and give correct change Ability to cooperate with other restaurant staff under pressure Willingness to follow instructions
