Overview:
- We are seeking a Security/ Door Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Security/ Door Host plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Greet guests and check IDs
- Maintain cleanliness of establishment
- Control flow of guests, taking into account occupancy
- Monitor guests for over-intoxication
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of liquor laws and ID format
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to conflict management, handling any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by the management team.
Experience:
- Previous experience as Security/Door Host not necessary but preferred
- A strong understanding of hospitality and the importance of providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
