Paradise Casino is seeking a polished, energetic, and relationship-driven Executive Host to join our VIP Services team. The Executive Host will cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value guests, provide personalized service, coordinate special experiences, and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the guest journey. The ideal candidate combines outstanding hospitality skills with strong business judgment, discretion, communication abilities, and a genuine talent for relationship building. Apply Today! Under direct supervision of the Player Development Manager, Executive Hosts are tasked with growing top-level revenue through the building or relationships with their coded guests. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. High School Diploma or GED, and 3 to 5 years marketing or casino operations experience required. Casino/gaming host experience preferred. Sales or tele-marketing experience a plus. Spanish speaking a plus. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
