Job Description
Position Overview Stone Groove Stillhouse is seeking an experienced Host to join our front-of-house team. We are looking for someone who is welcoming, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position requires previous hosting experience and hands-on experience using the OpenTable reservation platform. Weekend availability is mandatory. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating using OpenTable Coordinate table assignments with servers and management Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and inquiries Maintain accurate guest and reservation records Monitor dining room flow to maximize guest experience and operational efficiency Assist with special events and large-party reservations Keep the host stand and entrance area clean and organized
