On-Camera Host & Company RepresentativeAbout Us The Moore Standard is a family-owned construction company serving Southern California, specializing in custom homes, ADUs, home additions, remodeling, and new construction. Built on over 30 years of construction experience, we are committed to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service. Position Overview We are seeking a confident, professional, and charismatic on-camera host to become the face of our company. The ideal candidate has a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with homeowners while representing our brand in marketing videos, social media content, and promotional campaigns. Candidates with acting, hosting, presenting, or public speaking experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Appear in company marketing and promotional videos Deliver scripted content confidently and naturally Participate in social media and website content creation Represent the company's values and services professionally Work with our team during video shoots and content production Help communicate construction, remodeling, ADU, and home improvement topics in a clear and engaging manner Qualifications Comfortable speaking on camera Strong verbal communication skills Ability to memorize and deliver scripts naturally Professional appearance and demeanor Strong, confident, and trustworthy on-camera presence Acting, hosting, presenting, sales, or public speaking experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and easy to work with Fluent English speaker Compensation $25-30 per hour Typical filming days are approximately 8 hours Flexible schedule Ongoing opportunities available for the right candidate Application Requirements Please submit: Resume Recent photo Links to acting reels, speaking samples, social media videos, YouTube content, or other examples demonstrating your on-camera communication skills Please provide links to any acting reel, speaking sample, social media content, YouTube videos, or other examples demonstrating your on-camera communication skills.
