Packaging Full Job Description Qualifications:

Demonstrate a consistently positive and cheerful attitude to create a family-oriented and smooth vibe during livestream sessions.

Product Knowledge:

Possess an adequate understanding of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, including familiarity with set names and main Pokémon characters.

Location:

Ability to commute to Pasadena.

Responsibilities:

Order Organization:

Efficiently categorize orders into "Ship Sealed" and "Live Open" categories on the order page.

Buyer Communication:

Proactively communicate with buyers before opening their purchased products, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.

Customer ID Handling:

Record the buyer's ID on the team bag before initiating the box rip, ensuring a seamless and organized process for customers.

Card Sorting and Packaging:

Knowledgeable in distinguishing card rarity types (common, holo, AR, SR, SAR, etc.) and adept at sorting cards into sleeves or toploaders as needed. Pack items with meticulous attention to detail and care.

Interactive Livestream Participation:

Stay attuned to the livestream chat, being constantly aware of audience interactions, and promptly responding to questions as the assistant.

Inventory Management:

Collaborate with the host in managing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and availability during livestreams.

TCG Experience:

Preferably 1 year of experience in trading card games (TCG).
