As the Maître d', you will be the face of our restaurant setting the tone for each guest's visit. You'll oversee the flow of service, cultivate strong guest relationships, and ensure a seamless and vibrant dining atmosphere. Duties Greet and welcome guests warmly, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using Toast POS systems Oversee the flow of service, coordinating between hosts, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving concerns promptly Maintain clear communication with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, managing reservations and general questions Support staff training on guest relations, phone etiquette, and service standards to foster a cohesive team environment Requirements Proven experience as a host/hostess or Maître d' in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting Strong background in food service and customer service with excellent communication skills Familiarity with restaurant POS systems Previous guest services experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in hospitality roles Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest concerns diplomatically Knowledge of serving protocols, hospitality standards, and guest relations best practices Ability to remain energetic, organized, and attentive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us to lead our team in creating memorable experiences for every guest!
