Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as they enter our establishment. Your exceptional customer service skills will help create a positive dining experience, while your ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements will contribute to the overall efficiency of our restaurant. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus. Manage the seating chart and ensure timely seating of guests based on their reservations and walk-ins. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
