Current one year minimum experience as a Host/Hostess in a upscale dining, high volume restaurant and ability to learn and thrive in a high volume restaurant. Part-time schedule (Must be able to work weekends). Responsibilities Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations or accommodations Interact with customers, share menu knowledge, seat guests, set up tables Restock and replenish restaurant inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience as a host/hostess Computer literacy Knowledge of a second language is a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep organized work environment Relevant training certificate
