Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and guest-focused Seasonal Guest Experience Guide to help create an exceptional stay for our RV Resort guests. This position plays a key role in welcoming guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, maintaining site presentation, encouraging guest participation in resort activities and events, and helping maintain a safe and enjoyable resort environment. This is a part time seasonal position. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and creating a welcoming community atmosphere. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Guest Arrival & Check-In Support Welcome arriving guests with a positive and professional attitude. Escort guests to their RV sites using a golf cart and provide site information as needed. Assist with after-hours check-ins and high-volume arrival days, including weekends and holidays. Help guests with basic resort orientation, amenities, and activity information. Assist guests with WiFi access and connectivity when applicable. Guest Engagement & Hospitality Conduct friendly daily guest check-ins to ensure guest satisfaction and address general questions or concerns. Encourage guest participation in resort activities, events, and community gatherings. Help create a warm, engaging, and welcoming environment throughout the resort. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive guest experience at all times. Site Preparation & Resort Appearance Prepare RV sites for arriving guests by de-weeding, tidying, and ensuring sites are clean and presentable. Inspect and tidy sites after guest departures. Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and fire pits for Deluxe and Elite RV sites when applicable. Help maintain overall resort cleanliness and curb appeal. Pool Area Monitoring & Guest Safety Conduct routine pool area checks during busy periods, holidays, and weekends. Help enforce pool rules and resort regulations in a friendly and professional manner. Monitor for unsafe behavior including running, roughhousing, or prohibited activities in pool areas. Ensure no glass containers or unsafe items are brought into pool areas. Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Report safety concerns, accidents, or rule violations to management promptly. Front Desk & Operational Support Assist the Front Desk team with daily departure checks and electric meter reads. Communicate guest concerns, maintenance needs, or site issues to the appropriate departments. Support resort operations during busy periods and special events as needed. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and guest-service oriented personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to safely operate a golf cart. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Basic technology skills helpful for assisting guests with WiFi access. Ability to lift, move, and carry tables, chairs, fire pits, and other equipment as needed. Schedule & Availability Seasonal position with flexible scheduling based on resort occupancy and events. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. Physical Requirements Walking and standing for extended periods. Frequent outdoor work. Ability to bend, lift, push, and carry up to 40 pounds.
