PM What You'll Do:
Provide a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and customer service expectations. Greet tenants, visitors, vendors, and contractors; verify authorization and direct individuals according to established access-control and visitor-management procedures. Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and notification protocols. Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, package or delivery records, and other required documentation while providing clear communication to building management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
