This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is excited to learn quickly, take initiative, and grow into larger roles within the company like server assistant, food runner, barista, and more. We promote from within and regularly cross-train team members into new positions. Many of our strongest team members begin in support roles which grow into leadership opportunities over time based on performance, reliability, and initiative. We are looking for someone with a vibrant personality and positive energy, integrity, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset — someone willing to start at the ground level, learn every part of the restaurant, and grow quickly based on performance. The Host creates the first impression for our guests and helps support the team during busy service. This role requires urgency, organization, and excellent customer service.
