Position Summary As a Host/Busser, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every guest by greeting them with a smile, seating guests, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting our servers throughout the shift. This position plays an important role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly during our busiest times. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Manage the waitlist and seat guests efficiently. Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly. Assist servers with food delivery and guest requests. Keep the dining room, lobby, and host stand clean and organized. Restock menus, silverware, and other front-of-house supplies. Work closely with managers and teammates to provide outstanding guest service. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant throughout the shift. Qualifications No experience necessary—we provide training! Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Schedule Primarily Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
