Host/Cashier

```

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
• Seat guests and manage the waitlist
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
• Assist with bussing and cleaning tables as needed
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
• Take out phone orders, doordash, chownow, party trays, etc.
• Great job for a first job
