Responsibilities Plan and coordinate engaging activities and entertainment for parties, ensuring smooth flow and high energy throughout the event Greet guests warmly, provide excellent customer service, and assist with check-in procedures Manage event logistics, including setup, decorations, and cleanup to create a festive atmosphere Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive environment Oversee food service operations when applicable, including serving refreshments and managing cash handling procedures Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, especially when working with children or during active entertainment segments Communicate clearly with team members and guests using public speaking skills to keep everyone informed and engaged Skills Strong background in events management and hospitality to deliver seamless celebrations Excellent conflict management abilities to handle any guest concerns or disputes effectively Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in guest services, including working with children and managing diverse groups of people Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly during food service or merchandise sales Lifeguard experience or familiarity with water safety protocols (preferred for poolside events) Public speaking skills to confidently lead activities and engage audiences of all ages Knowledge of food service operations combined with hospitality expertise to enhance guest experience Experience working in resort or theater environments that require adaptability and energetic presentation Join us as a Party Host where your enthusiasm fuels celebrations!
