$20/hour + commission on live sales About CultureFly CultureFly is a pop culture consumer products company operating DTC ecommerce stores and subscription boxes, with retail distribution as a master toy partner. We specialize in collectibles, blind boxes, plush, and apparel for passionate fan communities, and we're building out our live shopping presence to connect directly with collectors and fans. The Role We're looking for an energetic, on-camera personality to own and run CultureFly's Whatnot account end to end — from hosting live shopping streams to getting sold items packed and shipped out. You'll host regular streams featuring our collectibles catalog — blind boxes, plush, apparel, and other collectible merchandise — turning product drops and reveals into can't-miss events for our fan communities, then handle fulfillment so orders go out accurately and on time. You'll earn $20/hour plus commission on sales: a steady base with real upside as you drive more sales and grow your streams. What You'll Do Plan, schedule, and host regular live shopping streams on Whatnot showcasing CultureFly's collectibles, blind boxes, and merchandise Build genuine excitement around blind box reveals, limited-run drops, and collectible releases Present and demonstrate products clearly, highlight new drops, and run engaging auctions/sales formats Interact with viewers in real time — answer questions, build rapport, encourage bidding and purchases Manage show prep: product staging, listing accuracy, and on-platform inventory Track performance metrics (sales, viewership, engagement) and adjust your approach to maximize results Build a consistent streaming schedule and grow a loyal follower base for the CultureFly channel Manage post-sale shipping and fulfillment: pack and ship orders sold during live streams in a timely manner Keep accurate shipping records, tracking numbers, and inventory counts as items sell Handle basic shipping-related customer questions (delivery timing, order status, etc.) What We're Looking For Confident, charismatic, and comfortable on camera for extended live sessions Prior experience hosting on Whatnot, TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, or similar live-selling platforms strongly preferred Genuine enthusiasm for collectibles, blind boxes, and pop culture merchandise Strong communication skills and the ability to keep an audience engaged for the full length of a stream Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-incentivized structure Reliable access to a strong internet connection and basic streaming setup (or willingness to work from our studio/office) Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to packing, labeling, and shipping orders accurately and on time Comfortable using shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation) and basic order management tools Compensation This role pays $20/hour plus commission on all sales generated during your live shopping streams. Top performers who build an engaged following and run consistent, high-converting streams have significant earning upside as show frequency and audience size grow.
