Our company sells clothing, vintage apparel, and other merchandise through live auction and shopping platforms including: Whatnot TikTok Live Instagram Live This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in front of an audience, and is comfortable being on camera for extended periods. The ability to sell, entertain, and engage viewers is the most important qualification for this position. CompensationBase Pay $20 per hour Performance Bonuses In addition to hourly pay, sellers earn bonuses based on their sales performance: $2,000 in sales = $100 bonus $3,000 in sales = $200 total bonus $4,000 in sales = $300 total bonus $5,000 in sales = $400 total bonus And so on. Once you reach $2,000 in sales, you earn a $100 bonus, plus an additional $100 for every additional $1,000 sold. There is no cap on bonus earnings. Responsibilities Host live sales and auctions on Whatnot, TikTok Live, and Instagram Live Present merchandise in an engaging and entertaining manner Build excitement and urgency around products Interact with viewers and answer questions in real time Encourage bidding and purchasing during live streams Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence Help grow sales and audience engagement Schedule Flexible scheduling Typical stream length is approximately 3 hours Minimum of 2 streams per day Additional streams are available for motivated sellers who want to increase their earnings Weekend and evening availability is a major plus, but not required What We're Looking For Strong Sales Ability This is first and foremost a sales position.
