Part-time Role- Be the first impression. You'll welcome guests, manage seating, and keep the tasting room running smoothly from the moment guests walk in. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and set the tone for their visit
- Assist with reservations, walk-ins, and customer flow
- Answer phones and respond to basic guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area
- Coordinate with tasting room lead to manage guest flow and pacing
- Assist with light side work, including resetting tables, polishing glassware, restocking, and checking bathrooms
- Support events and large group arrivals What We're Looking For
