We are specifically looking for someone who can become a consistent part of our weekend team and provide a welcoming experience for our guests from the moment they walk through the door. This is a part-time position with a primary need for Friday and Saturday evenings. Sunday availability is a plus, and occasional weekday shifts may also be available.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival Manage the host stand, restaurant floor plan, and table rotation Learn and confidently use our iPad, reservation system, and POS system Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist guests with questions Schedule, modify, and confirm reservations Check restaurant voicemails at the beginning of each shift and handle messages appropriately Communicate with guests regarding reservations, seating, wait times, live entertainment, and general restaurant information Maintain a basic understanding of The Drake, including our dining experience, hours, policies, and nightly live entertainment Communicate and coordinate with servers, management, and other front-of-house staff to keep seating organized and service running smoothly Keep the host stand and entrance area clean, organized, and presentable Check and restock guest restrooms as needed throughout the evening Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude, especially during busy weekend service Assist with additional front-of-house duties as needed
Schedule & Availability:
This is a
PART-TIME
position. We are primarily hiring for a consistent weekend Host/Hostess. Applicants must be prepared to regularly work Friday and Saturday evenings. Sunday availability is preferred but not required, and there may occasionally be additional shifts available during the week.

approximately 4:00 PM-9:30 PMSome shifts may run until approximately 10:00 PM depending on business needs. We are looking for someone who can maintain consistent weekend availability rather than someone seeking primarily weekday shifts.
