Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services in a indoor golf and cafe setting.
Duties
Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service
Clean guests clubs, teach them about how our simulators work and manage reservations efficiently
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Handle phone calls with courtesy and professionalism
Utilize POS systems, including Square POS, to manage seating arrangements
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
Experience
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or food service
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests
Knowledge of guest relations practices is a plus
