Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent guest relations to ensure a positive first impression Explain menu to guests and answer any questions they may have Manage restaurant reservations using reservation management systems Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table utilization and minimize wait times Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and communication skills Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist with restaurant table management, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of tables for new guests Support food safety standards by adhering to health regulations during guest interactions and table setups Requirements Prior experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns gracefully Knowledge of restaurant reservation management systems Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette Basic math skills for handling reservations, waitlist calculations, and POS transactions Organizational skills to manage multiple tables and guest requests efficiently Food service experience is a plus, along with familiarity with restaurant operations and guest services Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
