Job Description

Coucou is hiring a polished, professional Host to join our Manhattan Beach team. We are a fast-paced, high-volume French bistro, and the host role is critical to the flow and energy of the room. •Must have experience using Resy or Open Table•What we're looking for: Open availability (we will not be considering candidates who are seeking a Summer job only) Confident managing reservations, walk-ins, and pacing during peak service Warm, composed presence with excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized under pressure
Responsibilities:
Manage the door and guest experience from arrival to seating Control the flow of service through thoughtful pacing and table management Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and guests Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand
