The ideal candidate enjoys being on camera, interacting with customers, presenting products, and creating an exciting live shopping experience. You will host livestreams on platforms such as Whatnot and TikTok , engage with viewers, answer questions, promote products, and help drive sales. This position is more than simply presenting products. You will be responsible for keeping viewers entertained and engaged while creating a positive and enjoyable experience that encourages customers to return to our livestreams. Main Responsibilities Host engaging and professional livestreams on Whatnot, TikTok, and other social platforms Present and demonstrate products clearly and confidently Welcome viewers and actively interact with customers through live chat Encourage viewer participation, bidding, and purchases Keep the livestream energetic and entertaining Answer customer questions professionally and accurately Learn product details, specifications, pricing, promotions, and show plans before each livestream Create excitement around products and promotions Build relationships with viewers and encourage repeat customers Work with the team to prepare products and organize the livestream Help increase sales, followers, engagement, and customer retention Follow company policies and platform guidelines Qualifications Previous livestreaming, social media, sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred Experience with Whatnot or TikTok Live is a plus Comfortable speaking on camera in front of a live audience Energetic, outgoing, and personable Strong communication and presentation skills Able to think quickly and respond confidently to customers Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to create excitement and urgency naturally Reliable, punctual, and responsible Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willing to learn new products and sales techniques Must be authorized to work in the United States Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys livestreaming, sales, social media, and interacting with people . The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, comfortable on camera, and excited to grow with our team. You should be able to maintain high energy throughout a livestream, connect with different types of customers, and create an entertaining shopping experience. Previous livestreaming experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong sales, retail, customer service, social media, or on-camera experience who are confident and willing to learn.
