This is more than a host position. As a Lead Host, you will help set the tone of the restaurant, lead the front door operations, support the host team, and create memorable first and last impressions for every guest who walks through our doors. The Position:

Someone who can lead a busy door confidently, stay calm under pressure, make guests feel genuinely welcomed, and support the team with urgency, professionalism, and positive energy. If you're passionate about hospitality and ready to grow with a dynamic restaurant group, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume customer service experience preferred Full availability required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous Lead Host, Host Trainer, or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and support a team during busy service periods Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor Ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and efficient under pressure Experience managing reservations, waitlists, and guest flow in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire) Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences

Pay Rate:

$23 plus tips
