What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for every visit.You'll:
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Manage and coordinate reservations and guest arrivals
- Support our Hospitality Team in preparing and hosting luxury wine tasting experiences
- Create a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure
- Anticipate guest and team needs, stepping in proactively wherever support is needed

- At least 6 months of experience in hospitality, guest services, luxury retail, events, or a related customer-facing role
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to work across our estate properties as needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
