We are seeking a Part-Time Hospitality Host who loves creating meaningful connections, thrives in a luxury service environment, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. If you enjoy welcoming guests, anticipating needs before they're expressed, and helping create extraordinary experiences, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for every visit.
You'll:
  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Manage and coordinate reservations and guest arrivals
  • Support our Hospitality Team in preparing and hosting luxury wine tasting experiences
  • Create a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure
  • Anticipate guest and team needs, stepping in proactively wherever support is needed

  • Enjoys creating memorable experiences for others

  • At least 6 months of experience in hospitality, guest services, luxury retail, events, or a related customer-facing role
  • Weekend availability required
  • Ability to work across our estate properties as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
