About Us Croccante Artisan Pizza has been recognized by 50 Top Pizza as one of the Top 50 Pizzerias in the United States in the "Excellent" category and has also been nominated by the San Francisco Chronicle as one of the top pizzerias in the Bay Area. Our goal is to deliver a dining experience that feels casual and welcoming while consistently upholding refined, professional service standards. Position Overview We are seeking experienced, friendly, and passionate Hostess/Expo team members for morning / evening shifts. Availability Required Thursday, Friday and Sunday evenings Additional Shifts based on Performance Compensation This role participates in tip sharing, including tips from to go orders and server tip outs. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner Perform table maintenance, including clearing plates and refilling water Answer phones and take to go and online orders Use OpenTable proficiently Assist with bussing duties as needed throughout service Manage Tickets on the Expo Line Pack up To-Go orders accordingly. This position primarily functions as a hostess role, with additional expo / busser responsibilities.
