We are seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Hospitality Host who loves creating meaningful connections, thrives in a luxury service environment, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for every visit.

You'll:

Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism

Manage and coordinate reservations and guest arrivals

Support our Hospitality Team in preparing and hosting luxury wine tasting experiences

Create a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure

Anticipate guest and team needs, stepping in proactively wherever support is needed

Embraces feedback and continually seeks to grow Qualifications At least 6 months of experience in hospitality, guest services, luxury retail, events, or a related customer-facing role

Weekend availability required

Ability to work across our estate properties as needed

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
