Job Description

Party Supervisor (Must work weekends) Position Overview The Party Supervisor is the on-floor leader responsible for delivering exceptional birthday parties and group events from start to finish. This role oversees party hosts, manages schedules and timelines, supports upselling and add-ons, and ensures every family leaves feeling like their child just had the best day ever. You are equal parts organizer, salesperson, problem-solver, and people person. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support party hosts during birthday parties and group events Ensure parties run on time, smoothly, and according to Kids World standards Serve as the main point of contact for parents during their event Actively sell and promote party add-ons (food upgrades, enhancements, arcade cards, etc.) Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive atmosphere Coordinate food timing, room transitions, and play schedules Enforce safety rules and facility policies Assist with check-out, payments, and final guest satisfaction Maintain organization of party rooms, supplies, and party materials Communicate clearly with front desk, kitchen, and management teams What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Confident communicator and natural people person Comfortable selling and recommending upgrades in a friendly, non-pushy way Strong multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments Calm under pressure and able to lead by example Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to manage both kids and adults with ease Preferred Experience (Not Required) Prior experience in hospitality, events, restaurants, or family entertainment Supervisory or leadership experience Sales, customer service, or guest-facing roles Schedule & Environment Must work weekends and some weekdays and peak party hours High-energy, loud, fun, and fast-moving environment Standing, walking, and light lifting required Why You'll Love Working Here Fun, positive workplace centered around kids and families Leadership role with real responsibility and growth potential Performance-based incentives and tips Be part of creating unforgettable memories for families If you're organized, outgoing, sales-savvy, and love leading a team in a high-energy environment, this role is for you.
