JOB SUMMARY
To establish positive guest relations and serve guests with excellence. And to act as liaison to all departments related to guest service setup and needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides continuous hospitality to guest groups through all assignments. Acts as the primary contact person and liaison for group leadership and campers during their retreat. Provides light cleaning duties while serving guest as needed. Delivers announcements and guidelines to campers. Assist recreational staff with recreation options as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Some college preferred. Guest Service experience. First Aid/CPR certified, or the willingness to acquire certifications.QUALIFICATIONS
