Job Description
Location:
Pala, CA The Club Hosts are responsible for providing unparalleled guest service to all internal and external guests. Be knowledgeable of all Casino, promotions and property happenings. Ensures that all guests' needs are met at the end of each interaction. Must possess excellent guest service skills, able to speak in a pleasant, quiet and understandable tone Must possess a friendly demeanor and enjoy interacting with guests, both internal and external Sales skills and ability to upsell a plus Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays due to business needs Must be able to type approximately 20 WPM Basic knowledge of computers and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Must read, write and speak English, bi-lingual experience is a plusEssential Job Functions:
Assists all guest transactions promptly, efficiently, accurately and professionally. Provide enjoyable guest experiences through unparalleled interactions with a positive and upbeat attitude. Consistently strive to improve job knowledge and performance, thereby assisting in maintaining an efficient and effective operation. Stay current on all promotions and be in the know on the happenings at Pala Resort Spa Casino Safeguard guest's confidentiality and privacy in accordance to company and department standards. Maintain a flexible work schedule based on business demands. Excellent interpersonal, communications, team building and problem solving skills are required. Understand and properly communicate the benefits of the club card and casino promotions. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Build a rapport with each guest and provide a personalized experience Consistently reviewing the behavior of our guests to recognize the abuse of our programs. Create guest profiles and update guest data into our systems Operates equipment as required to complete job functions. Maintains positive contact and builds relationship with all team members and departments. Inform supervisor of all pertinent information that may affect the functioning of the club. Box Office sales Handling of money and credit cards during sale transactions. Utilize all systems to review the gaming activity of our guests to issue comps based on qualified play. Booking all reservations Telemarketing to new and existing guests. Perform all other duties as assigned.Job Type:
