As the first point of contact for our resident, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest relations will be key to your success in this position. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet resident warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Manage the reservation system and maintain an organized waitlist. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service. Provide resident with menus and inform them of daily specials or promotions. Assist in managing guest flow during peak hours to enhance the dining experience. Handle resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Support food service operations as needed, including assisting servers during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or guest services role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
