Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel instantly at home Manage guest waitlists efficiently and communicate wait times clearly and positively Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions about the menu or venue Maintain a lively and organized host stand, ensuring smooth flow of seating and reservations Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to optimize guest experience and seating arrangements Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly with a positive attitude, escalating issues when necessary Keep the waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing reservations and waitlists Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm is key!
