The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements to enhance the dining experience. Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with seating options. Manage reservations and maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods. Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met and address any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests. Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience. Assist with cleaning tables, bussing dishes, sweeping and restroom checks. Skills Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members. A helpful demeanor, ready to assist guests with their needs.
