Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned players
  • Promote casino offers, events, and incentives

  • Maintain accurate player records in CMS
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years casino host or player development experience preferred
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends The Casino Host is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-value and mid-tier players to increase visitation, loyalty, and gaming revenue.
This role focuses on personalized guest service, promoting casino offers and events, managing player activity and discretionary comps, and hosting guests during promotions and special events. The Casino Host maintains accurate player records within the casino management system and ensures all activities comply with gaming regulations, while providing exceptional service through flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.
